Services
Extraction
Minorco has years of experience in the extraction and handling of cannabis and hemp biomass and is able to offer small to large scale cryo-etho extraction as well as hydrocarbon extraction service. Ad hoc solvent recovery, filtration and 'Winterization' services are also available.
Distillation
Minorco offers Wipe Film Evaporation (WFE) and Short Path Distillation (SPD) services by the KG input, output or by special project. SPD services allow for complex fraction collection and WFE services allow for large volume processing via selective passes.
Synthesis
Minorco has a deep catalogue of cannabinoid and related molecule syntheses and is able to develop production methods for new compounds upon request.
Nanoization/Emulsification
Minorco offers water soluble active ingredient emulsifications with a variety of taste profiles. Minorco can also nanoize its emulsions to particle sizes as low as 35nm.
Reverse Phase Chromatography
Minorco operates a Buchi Reverse Phase Chromatography system allowing Minorco to separate individual molecules (fractions) from distillates and filtrates, that is separate and isolate each cannabinoid in a distillate or extract.
